The steel rebar for reinforced concrete refers to the straight or coiled steel rebar used for reinforced concrete reinforcement. Its shape is divided into two types: smooth round steel rebar and deformed steel rebar. The delivery state is straight rebar and coiled round rebar. Due to the effect of the ribs, the deformed steel rebar has a greater bonding capacity with the concrete, so it can better withstand the external force. Steel rebars are widely used in various building structures. Especially large, heavy, light thin-walled and high-rise building structures.
HRB400 (20MnSiV, 20MnSiNb, 20MnTi), the standard value of the yield strength of this steel bar is 400MPa, and the design value is 360MPa. Diameter is 6~50mm, and the elastic modulus is 200GPa.
HRB500E steel bar is a grade 4 threaded steel bar, and the material mark is 500E, where 500 represents its yield strength of 500MPa, and E represents earthquake-resistant steel bar. The yield limit of HRB500E steel bar is greater than 500 pressure, and the diameter is usually 6mm to 100mm.
HRB400E steel bar is a hot-rolled steel bar with the serial number HRB. Its material is carbon steel and contains certain alloy elements. Among them, HRB means Hot-Rolled Bars (hot-rolled steel bars), 400 means that its tensile strength is 400MPa, and E means that it is a type of steel bar with high elasticity and high toughness.
HRB500 steel bar is a kind of ordinary hot-rolled ribbed steel bar for concrete. It is a grade 4 steel bar with a tensile strength of 500 MPa, which is suitable for engineering projects with high strength requirements.

Light round steel rebars are actually small round rebars and discs of ordinary low carbon steel. Deformed rebars are ribbed rebars on the surface, usually with 2 longitudinal ribs and transverse ribs evenly distributed along the length. The shape of the transverse rib is spiral, herringbone and crescent. The nominal diameter of a deformed steel rebar is equivalent to the nominal diameter of a light round steel rebar of equal cross-section. The nominal diameter of the steel rebar is 8-50 mm, and the recommended diameters are 8, 12, 16, 20, 25, 32, 40 mm. Steel types: 20MnSi, 20MnV, 25MnSi, BS20MnSi.
