Galvanized coil is a thin steel sheet that is dipped in a molten zinc bath to make a layer of zinc adhere to its surface.

It is mainly produced by continuous galvanizing process: the coiled steel plate is continuously dipped in a galvanizing tank with molten zinc to make galvanized steel plate; alloyed galvanized steel plate.

This kind of steel panel is made by hot dip method, and it is heated to about 500℃ immediately after coming out of the tank, so that it can form an alloy film of zinc and iron. This galvanized coil has good paint adhesion and weldability.
