The steel plate with a pattern on the surface is called a pattern plate, and its pattern is a mixed shape of lenticular, diamond, round bean, and oblate.
The checkered plate has many advantages such as beautiful appearance, anti-skid, enhanced performance, and steel saving. It is widely used in transportation, construction, decoration, floor around equipment, machinery, shipbuilding and other fields. According to the national standard GB/T 3277 of patterned steel plate, the pattern height should be greater than or equal to 20% of the thickness of the substrate. The thickness of checkered plates commonly used in the market ranges from 2.0-8mm, and the common widths are 1250 and 1500mm.

1. The width of the steel plate is 600-1800mm, which is upgraded by 50mm; the length is 2000-12000mm, which is upgraded by 100mm.
2. The height of the pattern shall not be less than 0.2 times the thickness of the substrate. The dimensions in the picture are not the basis for inspection of finished products.
3. The grades of steel used for steel plates are specified in GB/T700, GB/T712, and GB/T4171.
4. The mechanical properties of the steel plate are not guaranteed. When the buyer has a request, it can also be agreed by the two parties according to the relevant standards.
5. Steel sheets are delivered in hot rolled condition.
