A36 steel plate is a carbon steel plate with a minimum thickness of 5mm and a maximum thickness of 400mm. The steel plate should meet the chemical composition requirements of A36 steel plate in the ASTM standard, in which the C content should not be less than 0.22%, the Si content should not be less than 0.75%, the Mn content should not be less than 0.80%, and the S content should not be less than 0.03%. Implementation of standard ASTM A36/A36M-03a (equivalent to ASME code)
