Factory Appearance

Hot dipped galvanized steel sheet & coil is made of carbon steel coated in zinc utilizing the hot-dip process. The end result of this process is a layer of zinc on each side of the steel sheet or coil that is tightly adhered to the steel through the formation of an iron-zinc alloy bonding layer. This bonding layer is formed by a diffusion process while the heated steel is in contact with molten zinc.
The zinc layer has uniform thickness and strong adhesion. No
peeling and good corrosion resistance. The surface is very smooth and clean,zinc flower is symmetrical, beautiful.With the cold rolled steel of different strength and thickness as substrate, it isproduced through applying the zinccoat on both faces by hot dip process.All products are packed and warehousedafter passing the inspection, and delivered in one order.So as to ensure that the customer's
products can be delivered in the shortest time. You don't have to worry about the quality and transportationof the goods at all.
